WSM from AMI

In some cases, the usage of AWS Marketplace or CloudFormation is not available, hence the preferred installation method for WorkSpaces Manager is not available. In this situation, we can use the custom AMI that will be shared by Nuvens with the application and database preconfigured.

We will also require some AWS elements, like IAM Roles, Policies, Security Groups or CloudWatch Log Groups.
